This page is for deleting your Terashare account — the same account is used on terashare.net, in the desktop client and in the Android app (net.terashare.mobile). You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

What deletion does

• Your shares, their cloud copies and their metadata are deleted.
• Your profile, including your email address, is deleted.
• Billing records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, then deleted.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done. To protect your data, you must be signed in to request deletion — that is how we know the request comes from the account's owner.

You can also delete individual shares at any time from My Files, without deleting your account. For what we collect and store, see the privacy policy.
